These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of rkrbusinessconsulting.com (the "Site") and any consulting or Fractional COO services provided by RKR Business Consulting ("RKR," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

The Site is provided for general information about RKR's services. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation or security.
2. Services & Engagements
Descriptions of our Business Consulting and Fractional COO services on this Site are general in nature and do not constitute a binding offer. Any specific engagement, including scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees, will be governed by a separate written agreement (a "Service Agreement" or "Engagement Letter") signed by both parties. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a Service Agreement, the Service Agreement controls.
3. Inquiries & Consultations
Submitting the inquiry form or scheduling an initial conversation does not create a client relationship or obligate either party to proceed. A client relationship begins only upon execution of a Service Agreement.
4. Fees & Payment
Fees, payment schedules, and billing terms for any engagement will be set out in the applicable Service Agreement. Late or missing payment may result in suspension of services.
5. Confidentiality
We treat information shared with us about your business as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as needed to perform services, with your consent, or as required by law. Any additional confidentiality terms will be set out in the Service Agreement.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of RKR Business Consulting or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.
7. No Professional or Financial Guarantee
Our consulting services provide guidance and operational support; they do not constitute legal, tax, or financial advice, and we make no guarantee of specific business results.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RKR Business Consulting will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim related to a specific engagement will not exceed the fees paid to us under the applicable Service Agreement.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
